Exhibition "Horssol"

Exhibition "Horssol" in the village spa of Bad Ragaz, Switzerland For the 'Triennale of Sculptures' the artist Curt Walter Tannhäuser created seven complex sound-light sculpture installations consisting of altogether 3168 plaster casts which in this constellation are shown for the very first time under the title 'Horssol' in the village spa of Bad Ragaz, Switzerland.

These 3168 plaster casts of individual faces from all over the world were modeled by the artist himself during a five year operation between 1982 and 1986. Each of the individual sound-light sculpture installations are assembled from several hundred casts, which the artist puts to interact with the architecture of the old, unused spa.
